What does a licence include?
A year of updates and support from the day you buy. It renews automatically at the same price, and you can turn renewal off in your account.
What happens if I don’t renew?
Your plugins keep working on every site. You stop getting updates and support until you renew.
Do staging sites count toward my limit?
No. Sites that WordPress marks as staging, development or local are free.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade from a single plugin to All Access, or add sites, at any time. What you’ve already paid this year comes off the new price.
Which currency do I pay in, and is VAT included?
We sell in euros, US dollars and British pounds; pick your currency at the bottom of any page. Elsewhere, checkout may offer your local currency, with the converted price shown before you pay. Prices are before tax; in the EU we also show the price including your country’s VAT. At checkout VAT or sales tax is added for your country. Businesses tick I’m purchasing as a business and enter their VAT number; EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge).
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 30 days of buying, for any reason.
