Download invoices, add your VAT number, add sites, stop renewal or ask for a refund.

On Billing & invoices, click Manage billing to download invoices, change your card, or update your billing address and VAT number.
VAT
Prices on our site are before tax; visitors in the EU also see the price including their country’s VAT. Checkout is run by Link, Stripe’s checkout, which sells the licence on our behalf: it adds VAT or sales tax for your country and emails your receipt and invoice. Buying for a business? Tick I’m purchasing as a business at checkout and enter your VAT number: EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge).
Add sites or upgrade
Click Change plan (or Add sites). You see what you’ll pay today: only the difference for the rest of your current year. The new site limit applies straight away.
Stop renewal
Licences renew every year at the same price. To stop, open Manage billing and cancel. Your licence keeps working until the end of the year you paid for, and your plugins keep working after that, without updates or support.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 30 days of buying or renewing, for any reason. Choose Refund request on the Support page in your account. Once refunded, the licence stops getting updates and support.
