Change your email, turn on two-step verification, or delete your account

Change your email address
Click Change email, enter the new address and click Send confirmation links. We email a link to your current and your new address; open it to confirm. Your licences, invoices and receipts move to the new address.
Two-step verification
Adds a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (such as 1Password, Google Authenticator or Authy) to every sign-in, so nobody can reach your licence keys with just your email. Click Turn on two-step verification, scan the QR code, and enter the code the app shows.
Delete your account
Tick the box and click Delete my account. Renewals stop straight away, and your account is deleted 14 days later, so you can change your mind: click Keep my account any time before then. Plugins already installed keep working without updates. Invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.
