Reuse options with option sets
Give many products the same options, such as gift wrapping on every gift or engraving on one category.

Add an option set
Go to Products → Option sets and click Add option set. Give it a title only you see, such as “Gift wrapping”.

Add its options
Under Options, click + Add option and set them up as on a product.

Choose where it applies
Under Where it applies, tick All products, or the categories it’s for. Then click Publish.
Good to know
- An option set’s options come before the product’s own. With several sets, use Display order: lower numbers show first.
- A product can turn option sets off: tick Don’t use option sets on this product on its Options tab.
- Gift cards never show options, so a card always costs its value.
- Changing a set changes every product it applies to. Orders already placed keep the options as they were.
