Quick order by SKU and saved lists
Trade customers type or paste SKUs to fill their cart, and reorder the same products from a saved list.
Quick order is in My account → Quick order for every approved trade customer. There’s nothing to set up; tell your customers it’s there.

Order by SKU
Under SKUs and quantities, the customer writes one product per line: the SKU, a comma and the quantity, such as “BRK-OAK, 24”. Two columns pasted from a spreadsheet work too. They click Add to cart and go to the cart with their trade prices.

Save a list
With products in the cart, the customer enters a List name, such as “Monthly restock”, under Save your cart as a list and clicks Save list. Next time, Add to cart next to the list adds the same products and quantities in one go.
- Lines that can’t be added are listed with the reason, such as a SKU that isn’t in the shop. The rest are still added.
- For variable products, customers use the SKU of the variation they want. A product with choices that must be made on its page, such as a required Product Options field, can’t be added by SKU.
- Saved lists keep products and quantities, not product options.
